Request Coos County Booking Photos

The sheriff records page includes both "Photo Request" and "Booking/Jail Records Reports" options, and it publishes fees for digital and print photos. A narrow request is more useful than a broad request for everything about a person. Include the full name, booking or incident date, case number if known, suspect information, and the reason for the request.
- Search the live Coos County roster and check whether a public image appears in the Image column.
- Select the roster row to open the detail window and confirm that the name, booking date, and charge details match the person sought.
- If no photo appears, do not treat that as proof that no booking photo exists. It may be withheld, unavailable online, or outside the current roster view.
- Use the Sheriff's Office Records Request Webform and choose Photo Request, Booking/Jail Records Reports, or the closest matching record type.
- Expect review, redaction, fees, or denial if Oregon law restricts release of the requested booking photo.

Coos County Mugshot Fields

The roster also has hidden model fields such as FileNumber, JailBookingKey, BookingNumber, ChargeStatus, DOB, IncidentNumber, Facility, TotalDays, EyeColor, Weight, and Height. The image scrollview uses the file number, but the research does not support saying that multiple booking-photo angles always exist for each person.
Coos County Mugshot Public Access
Oregon public-records law gives access to non-exempt public records, but booking photos have a separate rule. ORS 133.870 says a law-enforcement agency may not release a booking photo except in listed circumstances. Those include release to the person depicted, criminal-justice use, release to another criminal-justice agency, use by a court for pretrial release or identity, and release after conviction when the conviction results from the arrest that produced the photo.

That rule is why Coos County jail mugshots should be described with care. A roster image may be visible for a current jail record, but a public-records request for a photo can still require legal review. What Coos County Publishes
The research found no official Coos County recent-bookings gallery separate from the live roster, no fixed public retention window for released mugshots, and no county statement that historical booking photos remain online for a set number of hours or days. What is and isn't public: A current roster entry may show a booking image, name, booking date, release date, and charge data. Older photos, restricted pre-conviction photos, sealed records, and records held by another agency may require a records request or may not be released.

Coos County Mugshot Removal
Mugshot removal is not a roster-search task. If Coos County controls the record or publication, use the sheriff records route and identify the record, case, and reason for the request. If the case was dismissed, set aside, or otherwise restricted by court order, the records route should be tied to the court result.
